A graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, Mr. Kim leads the sales and marketing efforts and all of its subsidiaries including The Dictation Source. He has been involved in and overseen numerous successful healthcare start-ups, including FitCare, Inc. as well as having served as a senior consultant for Brasidas business intelligence based in Switzerland.

Marc Lord
Vice President, Business Development.
Graduate of University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business. Marc has led team-based solutions in technically challenging product categories with a common focus on workflow analysis and automation. These have ranged from providing voices for computer screen readers, detecting and adjusting for linguistic dialects to improve speech recognition accuracy, to writing avalanche warning software in the Swiss Alps. He has held product management and licensing, M&A, and legal interface responsibilities at various technology companies including Microsoft, AT&T Labs, and Nuance.

Formerly from AT&T Labs, Todd's ability for building relationships with technical staff, managers, and end users has helped to launch new products, craft software licensing agreements, and negotiate mergers and acquisitions. With experience ranging from start-ups to industry leaders, heexcels at translating technical innovation into business benefits and consistently finds the middle ground required to reach stakeholder goals.

Joanne Rim
Vice President, Client and Vendor Relations.
Ms. Rim earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania as well two Master's degrees from Yale University. She is finalizing her PhD in Sociology at Yale. She is a former professor of Sociology at Bergen Community College, and a former lecturer at the Borough of Manhattan Community.

Cheryl Barnett
Vice President, Coding Operations.
Graduate of Davenport University, Mrs. Barnett has an extensive experience in medical industry, working as Director of Medical Records and Health Information Manager within several medical organizations.

Catherine Fortner
Vice President, Quality Control.
Catherine has worked in biotechnology regulatory affairs prior to joining NBC. She was a director of over 100 safety and efficacy trials, working closely with FDA, European and Canadian agencies. She developed studies' protocols based on FDA, World Health Organization, Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and other international standards and submitted required data and dossiers. Catherine is a medical school graduate, she also holds an MBA in International Business Administration and a past member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). Her focus at NBC is to imbue her experience related to the discipline of national and global standards, medical expertise and critical thinking skills into all of our medical coding tools.
